Cultivate: The Program

The Cultivate 1-on-1 coaching program is a 6 month process of undoing bad habits and introducing new ones, all while aiming for a renewed mind toward your body, fitness, and food - to see them as God sees them. Together, we’ll work to instill habits that will help optimize your health overtime so that you’ll be able to walk in God’s calling for your life for the long haul.

  • Our body is a gift given to us by our maker to steward well for His glory. How we care for our bodies matters to God and impacts how well we show up to the calling He’s placed on our lives - for the long haul.

  • No quick fixes here. Over the 6 months, we’ll dive into every aspect of whole body health: sleep, hydration, nutrition, movement, etc. At the cellular level, our bodies require certain things that they’re not getting in our modern world - leaving us with broken metabolisms, unstable blood sugar, infertility, and so many other substantial issues.

    Each month we’ll have one education call to unpack each health foundation and next steps to begin applying it to your life at a deeper level. By the end of the program, you’ll have a more holistic view of health and have formed habits that help treat it accordingly.

    If you have goals to see physical changes in your body (like weight loss), we’ll approach it in a way that honors your feminine physiology and works with your hormones rather than against them. You’ll be equipped to continue with your plan long after the program is finished.

    During the final stages of the program, we would work towards your own self-sufficiency so that you can continue stewarding your health well without a coach (if desired) and never have to start from square one again. You’ll know how to make sure you’re eating the right foods in the right amounts, what exercise programs are actually good for you and your feminine physiology, and how to make healthy habits stick even in the hardest of seasons so you never “fall off the rails”.

(***note: I am not a doctor and cannot diagnose nor prescribe specific treatment for medical conditions. I can help you instill behaviors that help make healthy cells → healthy organism)

    *note: while the program is designed for women due to our more complicated hormone patterns, we also work with and welcome men!

  • 1-on-1 coaching is an investment. When you choose Cultivate, you are making a financial investment for 6 months in exchange for a lifetime of confident self-sufficiency when it comes to stewarding your health. By learning how to make healthy cells (rather than, say, how to follow an exercise and nutrition plan…), you are building the metabolism, hormones, and daily habits that will help you stay strong and mentally sharp for the long haul. Though it’s not just for Christians, Cultivate is faith-based. Our “why” isn’t surface-level or fleeting. Renewing your mind towards your body, food, and fitness starts with asking God to intervene on this process. From sleep and hydration, to eliminating endocrine disruptors and setting your circadian rhythm - we’ll look at it all!

Self-Sufficiency as the Goal

Many programs are designed to keep you dependent on them - sure, it’s easier and more convenient to be handed a meal plan and training program. But if you never learn how to build a balanced plate for yourself, for example, you’ll be paying them for the rest of your life. At Cultivate, the goal is for you to finish the program being able to do these things for yourself so you never have to pay for a coach or trainer again.

Proven Process, Individual Application

The Cultivate journey is the result of years of research and training - health guidelines from the field experts, weight loss methods from the proven WAG approach, and behavioral change philosophies from coaching experts. The process is proven and backed by research, but the application is not one-size-fits-all. The application will be unique to your body, your story, and your goals. We’ll find what works specifically for you, since every body has unique needs.
